Inviting an "outsider" to speak to your employees is
"serious business" and I do not take this responsibility
lightly.
In a very short time, one has to connect with the audience,
deliver a meaningful message and manage to entertain the group
without appearing "fake" or condescending. This is what I
do and this is what I have been doing for nearly thirty years.
